24-Hour Notice:

We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, as well as no-shows, will incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost. This fee covers the time and resources that were reserved for your appointment.

Re-Booking After Cancellation:

If you need to re-book following a late cancellation, we ask that the treatment fee be paid in advance. This prepayment secures your new appointment and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

Exceptional Circumstances:

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
